Email [email protected] and include your booking reference if you have one. It is shown in the app under Trips.

Changing or cancelling a booking

Open Trips, select your stay and check its cancellation policy. Refundable rates can be cancelled before the deadline shown. For anything else, email us with your booking reference and we'll handle it with our booking partner and the hotel.

At the hotel

Show your confirmation from Trips at check in. Some hotels collect local taxes or resort fees on arrival; SiestaNoche includes these in the all in price so you know the amount in advance.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by our booking partner's payment provider. If you see a charge you don't recognize, email us with the date and amount.

Price drop alerts

In the app, open Alerts, choose a city and your budget, and turn on Alert me. Alerts are checked whenever the app refreshes. For alerts when the app is closed, follow the topic shown in Alerts with the free ntfy app.

Location

Near me needs location permission. If it doesn't work, open iPhone Settings, find SiestaNoche, tap Location and choose While Using the App.
